Terms and Conditions
1. General
By making a reservation at the property, the guest agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all bookings, whether made directly or through third-party platforms.
2. Booking and Payment
A valid reservation requires confirmation and may require a deposit or full prepayment, depending on the rate selected.
The property reserves the right to pre-authorize or charge the provided payment method prior to arrival.
All rates are quoted in the applicable currency and include taxes unless stated otherwise.
3. Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation is permitted up to 3 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
Cancellations made within 3 days of arrival will be charged 100% of the total reservation amount.
In case of a no-show (failure to arrive without prior cancellation), 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
Early departures are non-refundable.
4. Check-in and Check-out

Check-out time:10:00
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
5. No-Show Policy
If the guest does not arrive on the scheduled arrival date and does not notify the property in advance, the reservation will be considered a no-show, and 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
